Clubhouse is TruNorth Composites' premium PVC brand, manufactured in Canada in Brantford, Ontario. Unlike traditional composite, which mixes plastic and wood, Clubhouse planks are entirely PVC—no wood fiber, no organic filler. This makes them naturally impervious to moisture, mold, and rot.

Each plank is manufactured with exclusive Korelite™ technology, which creates an ultra-dense, I-beam-like cellular structure: denser at the top and bottom for superior impact resistance, with a high-performance foam interior. The result is a plank that is lighter than wood, solid underfoot, and resistant to water absorption.

Clubhouse is available in 10 colors across two collections (Earthtone and Hardwood) and is backed by a limited lifetime warranty with a 25-year fade and stain warranty.

Clubhouse is one of the best choices for Quebec conditions. Since the boards are 100% PVC with no wood fibers, there is no organic material that can absorb moisture, swell, or promote mold growth during freeze-thaw cycles. It produces an ultra-dense PVC cellular structure with an I-beam design: density is higher on the top and bottom surfaces of the board, while a high-performance foam interior acts as a stress skin. The tangible result is a board that feels solid and stable underfoot, minimizes surface imperfections, voids, and water absorption, and offers superior impact resistance compared to most competing composites and PVCs.

TruNorth and Clubhouse are two brands from the same Canadian manufacturer (TruNorth Composites), but they are different materials. TruNorth is a rice hull composite (recycled plastic + rice hulls, no wood fiber) with a 25-year warranty. Clubhouse is pure PVC (no organic material) with Korelite™ technology, a Class A fire rating, and a limited lifetime warranty. Clubhouse also offers better moisture resistance and lighter weight than TruNorth composite. The look and texture of the wood grain are also different between the two brands, with distinct color palettes. Clubhouse is the premium choice, at a higher price point.
