Clubhouse Decking

Clubhouse is TruNorth Composites' premium PVC decking brand, made in Canada in Brantford, Ontario. Unlike traditional composite, which combines plastic and wood, Clubhouse boards are made entirely from PVC, with no wood fiber and no organic filler. This makes them naturally resistant to moisture, mold, and rot.

Each board uses Korelite™ technology for a strong, lightweight structure that performs well in Canadian weather.

Clubhouse is one of the strongest choices for Quebec conditions. Because the boards are 100% PVC with no wood fiber, there is no organic material to absorb moisture, swell, or encourage mold during freeze-thaw cycles. Korelite™ technology also minimizes water absorption at the cellular level, reducing the risk of long-term degradation.

Korelite™ is an exclusive extrusion technology used by Clubhouse and developed by Deceuninck, the global group behind TruNorth Composites. It creates an ultra-dense cellular PVC structure with an I-beam style design: denser surfaces on the top and bottom of the board, with a lighter internal core. This makes the board strong underfoot, lighter to handle, and highly resistant to moisture.

TruNorth and Clubhouse are two brands from the same Canadian manufacturer, TruNorth Composites, but they are different materials. TruNorth is a rice-hull composite made with recycled plastic and rice hulls, with no wood fiber and a 25-year warranty. Clubhouse is pure PVC with Korelite™ technology, a Class A fire rating, and a limited lifetime warranty.

Clubhouse offers two collections. The Earthtone Collection features four clean, solid hues reminiscent of elegantly painted wood — ideal for a contemporary, minimalist style. The Hardwood Collection showcases six multi-tonal colors with varying grain patterns that replicate the look of premium hardwoods — perfect for a rich, natural aesthetic.
