Return and Refund Policy

At Magasin de Patio, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. Please read the following terms regarding returns, cancellations, and refunds carefully.

Eligibility for Returns

Purchased materials are eligible for return and refund within 14 days of the delivery or pick-up date, provided they are in 100% original, unused, and resellable condition.

A 30% cancellation and restocking fee will apply to all eligible returns.

Cancellation After Payment

If a customer wishes to cancel their order or changes their mind after the payment has been made, a 30% cancellation and restocking fee will apply, even if the order has not yet been delivered or picked up.

These fees cover, among other things, order processing, material preparation, stock reservation, and administrative costs.

Exclusions and Limitations

Any purchase is non-refundable after 14 days from the delivery or pick-up date.

Magasin de Patio reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse any return, cancellation, or refund that does not meet the above conditions or that is requested outside the 14-day period.

Return Process

Customers are responsible for returning the material to the location where it was originally purchased.

If a customer is unable to return the material in person, a return pick-up may be arranged for an additional fee.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order.

Customers will not incur any additional fees from Magasin de Patio for the refund, aside from the cancellation and restocking fees outlined above and, where applicable, any non-refundable pick-up or delivery fees.
