Wood-plastic composite manufactured in Quebec

Ecoplast transforms recycled materials into high-performance WPC boards, developed for outdoor use and formulated for Canadian conditions.

Nature Deck

Naturo Deck is Ecoplast’s collection of decking boards. It combines reclaimed wood fibers with recycled HDPE in a dense, stable, and splinter-free wood-plastic composite.

The result is a natural-looking board that requires no painting, staining, or sealing. Its solid structure feels firm underfoot and allows for a clean finish around edges, steps, and architectural details.

Colors: Onyx, Graphite, Terra, Dune.

Solid-Core Structure

Unlike hollow-core boards or composites covered with a thin membrane, Ecoplast relies on a solid and homogeneous structure. The material is consistent throughout the entire thickness of the board, which helps prevent delamination issues.

This construction allows boards to be cut, drilled, screwed, and even routed like wood, without exposing any cavities or different cores. Cut ends remain clean and can be finished directly.

Natura Deck Colors

Four architectural finishes to create a sober, natural, or contrasting deck according to the style of the house.

Onyx and Graphite

Onyx is a deep, saturated black, ideal for modern designs, contrasting borders, and projects with a more architectural look.

Graphite is a contemporary mineral gray. It's a versatile shade that works well with stone, black metal, modern homes, and understated designs.

Terra and Dune

Terra brings an organic warmth inspired by noble wood, without the degradation constraints of natural wood.

Dune is a bright, sandy shade, interesting for very sunny decks or outdoor spaces with a more minimalist style.

Certified performance

Ecoplast highlights performance tests conducted with Quebec university partners. Published data indicate a flexural strength of 34.4 MPa, higher stiffness than conventional composites, and low water absorption.

These characteristics are important for a deck in Quebec: they help limit sagging, swelling, cracking, and the effects of freeze-thaw cycles.

Safety and grip

The Ecoplast surface is designed to provide good grip in both dry and wet conditions. Technical data published by the brand indicates a friction coefficient of 66.3 COF, a useful advantage for stairs, pool surrounds, docks, and areas exposed to water.

The solid structure and low water absorption also help reduce risks associated with moisture, internal mold, and frost.

Installation and Maintenance

Ecoplast boards can be worked with standard woodworking tools. Depending on the project, installation can be done with hidden fasteners or surface screwing; the solid structure allows for a strong fixation without weakening the board.

For maintenance, no sanding, staining, or sealing is necessary. Seasonal cleaning with mild soap and water is usually sufficient. It is recommended to keep the gaps clean to promote drainage.

Choosing Ecoplast also means supporting a local manufacturer who transforms recycled materials into durable outdoor products.
