Tempered Glass Stair Panel 1/2" (12mm)

Our 12mm (1/2") Tempered Glass Stair Panels are designed for sloped railing installations, providing a clean, modern look while maintaining safety and strength. These angled glass panels ensure perfect alignment on staircases while preserving the frameless railing aesthetic used on flat sections.

Each stair panel is manufactured according to the number of steps and the step depth required for your staircase. There are two possible step sizes:
• 9-inch steps
• 10-inch steps

How panel widths correspond to your steps:

• A panel with a width of 18" fits two 9" steps.
• A panel with a width of 20" fits two 10" steps.
• Larger widths (27", 30", 36", etc.) represent more steps, calculated using either 9" or 10" step depth depending on the chosen width.

This ensures each panel fits your staircase layout perfectly, providing a clean continuous slope.

How the angle works:
The angle shown for each panel is the glass angle, which is the complement of the stair angle. In simple terms:

• A 60° glass panel is designed for 30° stairs, because 90° – 60° = 30°.

The same logic applies to the other options (50°, 52°, 55°) so your glass panel follows the exact slope of your staircase.

Panels are available in four fixed angles—50°, 52°, 55°, and 60°—to match common stair inclines, and each is compatible with STEKLA spigots, clamps, and connectors.
