1. Truck Delivery (Large Orders)

  • We deliver large and heavy materials using our truck and trailer.

  • The delivery cost is determined by Magasin de Patio based on the distance and weight of the order.

  • The exact delivery fee will be clearly displayed on your order and receipt before payment.

2. Postal Carrier Delivery (Small Items)

  • Smaller items that do not require truck delivery can be shipped by carriers such as Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, FedEx, etc.

  • In this case, you select the carrier of your choice directly at checkout.

  • The shipping fee charged is the rate provided by the selected carrier, plus a 5% handling fee applied by Magasin de Patio.

3. Delivery Times

  • Delivery times vary depending on the delivery method (truck or postal carrier), the destination, and product availability.

  • All delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control.

4. Risk and Transfer of Ownership

  • For truck deliveries, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the products are delivered to the address provided.

  • For postal carrier deliveries, the risk transfers to the customer once the order has been handed over to the chosen carrier.

5. Accurate Information

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Magasin de Patio is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
